No. Written estimates for replacements, repairs, storm work and commercial roofs are always free, we visit, measure, talk through materials and scope, and email you a clear, itemized quote with no obligation.
How soon can you start?+
Most estimates go out within a day, and typical projects are scheduled within one to two weeks. For urgent re-roofs, before a move, a sale or an event, just tell us the date and we'll do our best to fit you in.
What does "upfront flat pricing" mean?+
Before any work begins, we give you one clear, flat price to approve, prep, materials and labor included. No hourly meter, no surprise add-ons at the end. You always decide before we start.
Will you protect the yard and siding?+
Yes. Tarps over landscaping, plywood where loads move, magnetic sweeps for nails at every cleanup, twice at the end. The lawn should not remember we were there.
What happens to the debris?+
Straight from roof to trailer, hauled the same day and recycled where the material allows. No dumpster killing your grass for a week unless you ask for one.
Is the work guaranteed?+
Yes, in writing, our workmanship warranty on top of the manufacturer's material warranty. If a repair we made leaks, we come back first and free.
